Spinal meningioma during hydroxyurea therapy. A paradoxycal case report |

| Abstract: | We report the case of a 65-year-old woman who developed symptoms of spinal cord compression due to a spinal meningioma after 10 years of treatment with hydroxyurea (1000 mg/day) for essential thrombocytemia.
