血脂康治疗急性冠脉综合征及慢性心力衰竭的研究

目的探讨血脂康对冠心病的非调脂作用以及对慢性心功能衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选取128例急性冠脉综合征患者,比较2组治疗冠心病的疗效(包括心绞痛发作情况和心电图变化)和对心力衰竭心功能的影响。结果①治疗组心绞痛发作次数显著减少(P<0.05)和心电图明显改善(P<0.05)。②心功能NYHA分级、左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末内径治疗后2组均显著下降(P均<0.05),射血分数和E/A比值显著上升。结论血脂康治疗不仅可用于高血脂症的治疗,且对急性冠脉综合征也有一定的疗效。血脂康在改善心脏的功能方面具有较明显的作用。

Study of Xuezhikang on acute coronary syndrome and chronic heart failure

Objective It is to approach the non-lipid effects of Xuezhikang in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and the influence of cardiac function in chronic heart failure.Methods 128 cases of hospital patients with ACS were divided into 2 groups,and the conventional therapy of angina pectoris and reduce blood fat were applied for all cases.The effects of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris and ECG changes) and the cardiac function in heart failure in both groups were observed and compared with each other.Results ①The frequency of angina pectoris in the treatment group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and ECG was significantly improved(P<0.05).②The NYHA of heart functional classification,left ventricular end diastolic volume,left ventricular end systolic diameter after treatment were significantly lower in both groups(P<0.05),and ejection fraction(EF),E/A ratio were increased significantly(P<0.05).There were significantly differences for all data in both groups compared with each other(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuezhikang can be used for the treatment of hyperlipidemiaand ACS,and it can improve the heart function obviously.
