| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年患者住院期间家属的压力水平及来源,根据压力管理理论,制定压力干预的健康教育路径,以降低家属的压力水平。方法:采用SCL-90自评量表及自行设计问卷,测量患者家属的压力来源及压力水平,对患者家属进行压力干预,观察患者家属的压力水平变化。结果:患者家属的压力来源主要集中在与患者有关的压力事件中。干预前的压力显著高于常模值,比较干预前后两组压力水平,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年患者住院期间对家属的心理造成压力,经过干预,可降低家属的压力水平。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore level and source of pressure of family members in the hospitalization of elderly patients and work out health education intervention according to the pressure management theory to decrease the pressure of family members. Methods: SCL-90 self-measurement form and questionnaire were used to measure level and source of pressure of family members and appropriate intervention was taken to the family members of patients in order to observe their pressure level. Results: The source of pressure of family members was mainly related to the affairs that caused pressure to patients. The pressure level was apparently higher than model value before intervention and the significant difference was shown in the comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion: The proper intervention can effectively relieve the pressure of family members in the hospitalization of elderly patients. |
