| 摘 要： | 目的:观察注射用水溶性维生素(商品名:V佳林)在治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎中的临床疗效。方法:将收入院的200例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,两组均给予补液、纠正脱水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱及微生态制剂治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用注射用水溶性维生素治疗。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:注射用水溶性维生素辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎安全有效,可缩短病程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Water-soluble Vitamin for Injection in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis.Methods:200 rotavirus children were divided into 2 groups randomly,each group had been treated by supplying liquid,correcting dehydration,electrolyte,acid-alkali and the organism,the treatment group used Water-soluble Vitamin for Injection besides.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Water-soluble Vitamin for Injectio... |
