| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种治疗方案(左旋氧氟沙星200mg2次/d共7天与头孢三嗪250mg单剂量肌注加强力霉素100mg2次/d共7天)治疗单纯性淋病合并衣原体和/或支原体感染各30例的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机、开放、对照研究，试验组及对照组各30例。结果两组病例的痊愈率分别为83.33％和86.67％，总有效率为90％和93.33％，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；副反应发生率分别为3.33％和16.67％，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论口服左旋氧氟沙星方案可作为治疗淋病合并衣原体和/或支原体感染的治疗方法之一。

Mycoplasma by Levofloxacin or Cetriaxone Pulse Doxycycline |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of two regimens in the treatment of uncomplicated gonorrhae co
infected with chlamydia/mycoplsma. Methods A randomized, open, and parallel control clinical trial. Group A was treated with
Levofloxacin 200mg, two times daily for 7 days;Group B was treated with Ceftriaxone 250mg, intramascularly for single dose plus
Doxycline 100mg, two times daily for 7days. Results Each group had 30 patients, the efficacy rate for group A and group B was
90% and 93.3% respectively, no significant difference was found between two groups( P＞0.05);the occurring rate of adverse
effects was 3.33% and 16.67% respectively, a significant difference existed between the two groups( P＜0.05). Conclusion
Levofloxacin can be used in treatment for uncomplicated gonorrhae co-infected with chlamydia/mycoplsma effectively and safety. |
