| 摘 要： | 影响原发性输卵管癌预后的因素主要有FIGO分期、手术及术后残留病灶大小、淋巴结转移情况、治疗前血CA125水平等。病理检查发现输卵管壁浸润或肿瘤位于输卵管伞端也是影响其预后的高危因素，而手术后给予紫杉醇联合铂类为主的规范化疗可提高原发性输卵管癌的远期疗效。

| Abstract: | Abstract：There are several key factors that affect the prognosis of primary fallopian tube carcinoma, including FIGO staging, surgery and residual tumor after initial surgery, lymph node metastasis and elevated pre-treatment CA125. Besides, the depth of invasion of the tubal wall and the presence of carcinoma in the fimbriated end even without invasion are also important prognostic indicators. In fact, optimally cytoreduced patients with PFTC treated with platinum and paclitaxel-based chemotherapy regimen would have a much higher possibility of survival. |
