| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是一种多功能的糖基化分泌性多肽因子,在多种参与肿瘤血管形成的细胞因子中,它是作用最强、特异性最高的促血管生成因子,因而对于肿瘤的发展起了很大的作用。MMPs是一类锌离子依赖的细胞外蛋白水解酶,可降解基底膜,促进恶性肿瘤细胞的侵袭与转移。它们之间互相调节对于恶性肿瘤的发生、发展更是起了很大的作用。 |

| Abstract: | VEGF is a muhifunctional glycosylated polypeptide secreted factors involved in tumor angiogenesis in a variety of cytokines, and it is a strongest, most specific angiogenic factor,which plays a big role in tumor development. MMPs is a class of extraceUular zinc dependent proteolytic enzymes and can degrade the basement membrane,promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis. The mutual regulation between the two plays a more important role in the occurrence and development of cancer. |
