膝关节镜手术患者实施临床路径的对照研究

目的建立符合成本—效益规律的膝关节镜手术患者临床路径的管理模式。方法采用不同病例前-后对照研究,时照组40例患者实施传统治疗护理,实验组40例患者实施临床路径,将2组的治疗、护理效果作对比。结果实施临床路径后住院费用下降、住院天数缩短、术后首次功能锻炼和首次下床时间均提前、术后6周膝关节活动度比对照组增大(P<0.05)。2组术后并发症和预后无统计学差异。结论实施临床路径可行性和效果良好,值得推广应用。

Controlled Study of the Application of Clinical Approaches to Patients After Knee Joint Endoscope Operation

Objective We have been trying to, in accordance with the cost - benefit rule, set up a clinical management pattern of patients after knee joint endoscope operation. Method We have applied the controlled study, comparing the cases before and after dealt with differently. The 40 cases in the controlled group have tried the traditional ways of nursing, while the other 40 cases in the experimental group the clinical approaches. The responses of cases in the two groups to treatment and nursing are compared. Result With the clinical approaches, the hospitalization fee is much reduced, and the hospitalization days shortened; patients' first try of function training and getting out of bed are ahead of the time. Six weeks after the operation, the mobility of the knee joint is increased in contrast to that of the knee joint in the controlled group (P<0.05=). The two groups are found no differences as far as the problems of complication and prognosis are concerned. Conclusion The clinical approaches are practicable and effective, so worth the recommendation in a wider range.
