锁骨粉碎性骨折的手术治疗

目的探讨治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折内固定方法的临床疗效。方法68例锁骨粉碎性骨折患者，内固定方法：克氏针组（A组）12例，重建钢板组（B组）21例，解剖钢板组（C组）35例。从手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、骨折临床愈合时间、术后功能恢复程度等方面比较各组的结果。结果A组与B、C组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、骨折临床愈合时间等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），与B、C组相比，A组手术时间短，术中出血量少，但骨折临床愈合时间长；A、B组与C组相比在术后并发症方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），A、B组高；B组与C组相比在骨折临床愈合时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论解剖钢板组用于粉碎性骨折的治疗，并发症少，可早期锻炼，术后功能恢复好，是目前理想的内固定方法。
