急性白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测的临床意义

目的探讨急性白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化的临床意义。方法选取确诊但未治疗的白血病患者30例为初治组;确诊并经系统化疗达到完全缓解的白血病患者30例为复治组;健康志愿者30例为正常对照组。采用APAAP法检测初治组、复治组及对照组受检者外周血的T淋巴细胞亚群,包括CD3 T淋巴细胞、CD4 T淋巴细胞、CD8 T淋巴细胞及CD4 /CD8 的比值。结果初治组的CD3 T淋巴细胞,CD4 T淋巴细胞,CD8 T淋巴细胞及CD4 /CD8 的比值较复治组和对照组的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而复治组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初治白血病患者的T淋巴细胞亚群变化明显,治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群基本恢复正常,说明细胞免疫与白血病的发生、发展及转归有关。

Clinical Significance of T Lymphocyte Subsets of Peripheral Blood in Patients with Acute Leukemia

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the changes in T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in patients with acute leukemia.Methods Sixty cases with acute leukemia were divided into two groups:Group A(n=30)who were confirmedly diagnosed but not yet treated;Group B(n=30) who were confirmedly diagnosed and treated systematically with chemo-therapy ;And 30 normal subjects were enrolled as control group.We examined T lymphocyte subsets by APAAP,including the ratios of CD _3T cells,CD _4T cells,CD _8T cells and CD _4/CD _8.Results Group A was significantly different from Group B and the control group in ratios of CD _3T cells,CD _4T cells,CD _8T cells and CD _4/CD _8(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in them between Group B and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion T lymphocyte subsets were markedly changed in Group A,but recovered essentially to normal after treatment.It shows that cell immunity has close correlation with genesis,development and turnover of leukemia.
