不同静脉穿刺进针法对血管组织损伤的对比研究

目的]观察针尖斜面向左静脉直刺法对皮肤血管损伤的影响。方法]操作者分别用针尖斜面向上和针尖斜面向左两种直刺法,先对12只新西兰大白兔进行静脉穿刺,再选择130例需静脉穿刺的病人,采用自身对照法,观察疼痛反应、针孔堵塞及血管组织的损伤等变化。结果]采用两种直刺法,无论是病人组还是动物组疼痛反应、针头堵塞等均存在差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论]针尖斜面向左静脉直刺法,对局部组织、血管损伤小,疼痛反应轻微,静脉穿刺并发症发生率低。

Compartive study on vascular tissue injury induced by different ways of venepuncture

Objective: To observe the impacts of the incline plane of a needle tip towards left of the vasculature on injury of vasa sanguinea integument communis. Method: A total of 12 New Zealand albino rabbits were selected and had venepuncture with the slope upward or turn left. Then totally 130 patients who needed venepuncture were adopted the methods mentioned above by self-control. Indexes including pain reaction, pinhole occlusion and the injury of blood vessels of them were observed. Result: There were statistical differences in terms of the pain reaction, pinhole occlusion and the injury of blood vessel whether in patients group or in animal group induced by the two ways of venepuncture (PWTBZ]<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: By adopting needle tip towards left venepuncture, patients had less injury of the local tissue and blood vessel, less pain reaction, and lower complications rate.
