1747例妇科患者卵巢癌抗原(CP-2)检测分析研究

目的为了探讨CP-2在卵巢癌等盆腔恶性肿瘤中的临床诊断价值和作为病情监控的意义。我们对1747例患者进行了检测。方法用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法检测血清CP-2含量。结果卵巢癌等盆腔恶性肿瘤病人阳性率73．89％，灵敏度73．89％，特异性84．70％。卵巢癌病人中CP-2含量高达920 U／ML，经统计学处理P〈0．05，有显著性差异，CP-2在良性妇科肿瘤中含量一般不大于70 U／ML。住院患者中术前CP-2含量高于正常值，术后CP-2含量低于正常值或降低，P值有明显的差异。结论CP-2与卵巢癌等盆腔恶性肿瘤有相关性，可作为卵巢等盆腔恶性肿瘤可靠的诊断指标，及临床治疗、术后、预后评估的重要指标，也可作为盆腔良性肿瘤有无恶化的辅助诊断，为肿瘤的早期诊断早期治疗提供了有利的依据，卵巢癌相关抗原的检测对临床诊断及鉴别诊断具有实用价值。

The investigation and analysis on the result of 1747 gynecological patients''''CP-2 detection

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value and the patients'condition monitoring significance of CP-2 detection in patients with pelvic malignant tumors such as ovarian cancer.Methods Sera from 1747 patients were tested for the level of CP-2 with enzyme-linked immunosorbent double-antibody sandwich assay.Results The positive rate of the patients with pelvic malignant tumors such as ovarian cancer is 73.89%,the sensitivity is 73.89% and specificity is 84.70%.The CP-2 level of patients with ovarian cancer can up to 920 U/ml,and patients with gynecological benign tumor is not higher than 70 U/ml.There is significant difference through statistical analysis(P<0.05).The CP-2 level of preoperative inpatients is higher than normal value and lower than normal value or descend,and there is significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion There is correlation of CP-2 and pelvic malignant tumors as ovarian cancer.So the CP-2 level can be a reliable diagnostic parameter of pelvic malignant tumors as ovarian cancer and the important parameter of the treatment,operation and prognosis appraisal.Also the CP-2 level can be as auxiliary diagnosis whether the pelvic benign tumor be aggravated.The CP-2 detection can give proof of the early diagnosis and early treatment.And CP-2 detection is available to the clinical diagnosis and auxiliary differential diagnosis.
