AP复合体修复前牙切角缺损的临床研究

目的比较两种粘结剂对AP复合体直接修复前牙切角缺损时固位情况,为临床工作提供参考。方法随机选择前牙切角缺损患者53名,计患牙80颗,分为A、B两组。A组采用Prime&BondNTTM,B组采用自酸蚀粘结剂AdperTMPromptTM,两组均用AP复合体直接修复,术后3月、6月、1年复诊,观察充填物的留存情况。结果术后3月,A、B两组脱落率分别为7·5%、5·0%,差异无统计学意义(p>0·05);术后6月,A、B两组脱落率分别为17·5%、12·5%,差异无统计学意义(p>0·05);术后1年,A、B两组脱落率分别为27·5%、17·5%,A组充填物脱落率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(p<0·05)。结论AP复合体修复前牙切角缺损具有一定疗效,采用自酸蚀粘结剂有助于提高AP复合体直接修复前牙切角缺损时的固位力。

Clinical Study on Restoration of Incisal Corner Defect of Anterior Tooth with AP Compomer

Objective To compare the retention of the restorations of AP compomer used to restore the incisal corner defect directly with two different adhesives. Method 80 anterior teeth with incisal corner defect from 53 patients were divided into two groups according to different adhesive: Prime & Bond NT~ TM for Group A and self-etching adhesive Adper~ TM Prompt~ TM for group B. All teeth were restored directly with AP compomer. The retention of the restorations was observed after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Results After 3 months, the rate of broken-off restoration of group A and group B is 7.5 % and 5.0 % respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups (p>0.05). After 6 months, the rate of broken-off restoration of group A and group B is 17.5 % and 12.5 % respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups (p>0.05). After 1 year, the rate of broken-off restoration of group A and group B is 27.5 % and 17.5 % respectively .Group A had more broken-off restorations and there was significant difference between two groups (p<0.05). Conclusion AP compomer had some curative effect when used to restore the incisal corner defect directly, and the retention of the restorations would be improved if self-etching adhesive was used.
