眼眶爆裂性骨折术后眼球运动训练辅助被动牵拉训练的效果

目的分析单纯眼球运动训练和眼球运动训练辅助被动牵拉训练在眼眶爆裂性骨折术后患者眼肌力训练中的应用及对患者视功能的改善作用。方法经患者知情同意后，将眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术后患者143例随机分为干预组63例和对照组80例，眼部检查均存在不同程度眼球运动障碍、复视、眼球内陷等症状。干预组在术后第1～3天，由责任护士了解手术经过及术后病情，给予患者被动牵拉训练治疗，同时进行眼球运动训练。对照组单纯给予眼球运动训练治疗。结果干预组的训练有效率为93．65％，明显高于对照组的训练有效率（72．50％）；干预组的训练无效率（6．35％）明显低于对照组（27．50％），差异有统计学意义（χ^2=10.59，P〈0.01）。结论眼球运动训练辅助被动牵拉训练是提高眼眶爆裂性骨折术后患者改善复视的有效方法。
