| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同时间接受康复治疗对股骨颈骨折患者术后动态骨量及愈合时间的影响.方法:选择近期进行加压螺钉联合带血管蒂髂骨瓣转移手术治疗股骨颈骨折患者65例,入选对象分别在术后不同时间接受了,康复干预治疗,同时进行跟骨定量超声(QUS)检查和骨折愈合时间评估.结果:两组患者手术前BUA、SOS和STI等指标无明显区别.与术前结果比较,早期干预组术后1和6个月时BUA、SOS和STI等指标略有下降,但无明显区别(P均＞0.05),而对照组1和6个月BUA、SOS和STI等指标均明显低于手术前,同时上述各指标也明显低于早期干预组同期检查结果(P均＜0.01～0.05).早期干预组平均骨折愈合时间为(16.82±5.71)周,明显短于对照组(18.50±7.26)周(t=2.075;P＜0.05).结论:尽早开始康复干预治疗可明显减少股骨颈骨折术后患者骨量丢失及缩短骨折愈合时间.
