摘    要:【目的】探讨低氧及运动对大鼠右心室超微结构的影响。【方法】大鼠分为常氧对照组、低氧对照组和低氧运动组。通过多道生物信号分析系统测定血压、心率。用透射电镜观察右心室超微结构。【结果】低氧运动组大鼠的体重比常氧对照组和低氧对照组大鼠轻。各组血压和心率的差别均无统计学意义。低氧对照组大鼠右心室肌原纤维呈凝集溶解性改变,肌节不清或消失,糖原减少。肌细胞膜皱缩,闰盘模糊。低氧运动组大鼠肌原纤维与线粒体排列有序,心肌细胞核形态较好,染色质尚均匀,肌节各带较清晰,可见三联管,横管较为明显。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the influence of hypoxia and exercise training on ultrastructure of right cardiac ventricular muscles in rats. [Methods] Wistar male rats were divided into normoxia control group, hypoxia control group and hypoxia training group. Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded with polygraph channel system, and uhrastructure of myocardium was observed by transmission electromicroscopy. [Results] The body weight of rats in the hypoxia training group was lighter than that in the normoxia control group and the hypoxia control group. The difference of blood pressure and heart rate was not found. Myofibrils of right ventricle muscle exhibited agglutinative injury, sarcomere blurred or disappeared, glucogen decreased, myocytic membrane creased, intercalated disc blurred in hypoxia control group rats. There were regular arrangement of mitochondria, better shape of myocardial cell nucleus, uniform chromoplasm, sar- comere clear, triad and transverse tubule distinct in the hypoxia training group. [Conclusion] Intermittent hypoxia can injure the ultrastructure of right cardiac ventricular muscles in rats and myocardium ultrastructure of rats is protected against hypoxia during proper training.
