摘    要:目的 探讨低能量氦氖激光对高黏滞综合征的治疗价值。方法 对 2 3例高脂血症、脑动脉硬化、高粘滞综合征患者应用低能量氦氖激光血管内照射血液 (ILIB)。结果 经 1~ 2个疗程治疗后 ,血脂分析表明 :治疗后血中总胆固醇 ,甘油三酯等含量比治疗前有明显降低。并能明显改善患者血液流变学指标。结论 低能量氦氖激光可起到干预心脑血管病危险因素的作用 ,对心脑血管疾病的预防和治疗具有一定的临床价值

Abstract:Objective To discuss the therapeutic value of low energy helium neon laser in hyperviscosity syndrome. Methods Intravascular laser irradiation of blood (ILIB) with low energy helium neon laser was given to 23 patients with hyperlipidemia,cerebral arteriosclerosis and hyperviscosity syndrome.Results The levels of blood lipids such total cholesterol and triglyceride significantly decreased when 1~2 periods' treatment was completed,which also showed large improvement in the aspect of hemorheology.Conclusion Low energy helium-neon laser acts as a component,which interferes with risk factors of cardio vascular disorders.So it is clinically valuable on the prevention and the therapy of such diseases.
