对母婴分离的产妇实施乳房护理干预促进泌乳的效果分析

目的:探讨对母婴分离的产妇行乳房干预的临床效果。方法:随机抽选新生儿转至NICU的剖宫产产妇100例,并将其随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。实验组在产后第1d通过热敷、按摩和挤奶进行乳房干预;对照组仅行健康教育,待乳房肿胀再给予乳房护理。观察对比两组产妇产后乳房肿胀、泌乳及泌乳量的情况。结果:实验组产妇产后2d的泌乳情况明显优于对照组(P0.01),同时也说明了泌乳时间提前了。实验组产妇产后4d内乳房肿胀发生情况明显低于对照组(P0.01)。实验组产妇产后第1d泌乳量与对照组相比无统计学意义(P0.05),而产后第2、3、4d的泌乳量与对照组相比有明显差异(P0.01)。结论:对母婴分离的产妇进行乳房干预可促进乳腺管通畅,减少乳房肿胀,使泌乳时间提前及泌乳量增加。

Analysis the effect of breast intervention advanting promote lactation for maternal separation puerpera.

Objective：To research maternal separation on the maternal line of the effect of breast intervention. Methods：For various reasons will be transferred to NICU newborns treated 100 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 patients in the experimental group on the first day post-partum through hot packs,massage and milking the breast intervention; the control group only the line health education,breast swelling and then be given to breast care. To observe two groups of postpartum breast swelling,lactation amount of time and lactation. Results：The incidence of breast swelling in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）;Started two days postpartum lactation group was significantly higher than the number of experimental（P0.05）; 4 days post-partum lactation experimental group than the control group,except first day（P0.05）,the remaining three days were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The separation of mother and child mothers to breast intervention to promote breast duct patency,reduce breast swelling,so that lactation and lactation increase ahead of schedule.
