关节镜下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效分析

目的：探讨在关节镜辅助下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法及疗效。方法：2001-02-2009-02收治SchatzkerⅠ～Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折患者40例,常规进行膝关节镜检查,对合并伤进行相应的处理后,在关节镜与型臂线机辅助下微创进行骨折复位、植骨及固定,术后早期行患肢功能锻炼。结果：40例患者经6～24个月随访,平均随访时间18个月,在3～4个月骨性愈合,未出现塌陷、移位、膝关节畸形等。根据膝关节以HNSS评分标准,优27例,良9例,中4例,优良率为90%。结论：关节镜辅助下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折,具有创伤小,同时处理关节内合并伤,获得良好复位及术后功能恢复快、效果好的优点。术中对复位判断更为准确,降低术后畸形愈合率,为胫骨平台骨折手术的较理想方法。

Minimally Invasive Treatment of Tibial Plateau Using Arthroscopy
