热敏灸结合天王补心汤治疗阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠30 例

目的 观察热敏灸结合天王补心汤治疗阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠的临床疗效.方法将60 例阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠患者随机分为A组（治疗组）和B组（对照组）,A组采用热敏灸结合天王补心汤治疗,B组仅给予天王补心汤治疗.比较两组有效率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分.结果 临床疗效总有效率A组93.3%,B组76.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01）.治疗后 2 组 PSQI总分比较,差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0.01）.结论 热敏灸结合天王补心汤治疗阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠效果显著,且安全性高,其疗效优于单纯口服天王补心汤治疗.

Insomniacs treated by thermal moxibustion combined Tianwangbuxin decoction for 30 case

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy by the thermal moxibustion combined Tianwangbuxin decoction for insomniacs. Methods 60 cases wang insomniacs were randomly divided into group A （treatment group） and group B （control group）, A group with combined thermal moxibustion Tianwangbuxin decoction, B group were given Tianwangbuxin decoction. Compare the efficiency of two groups, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score. Results The clinical total effective group A 93.3%,B group was 76.7%,two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.01）. After treatment PSQI total score, the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Thermal moxibustion combined Tianwangbuxin treating wang insomniacs effect is remarkable, and high safety, its efficacy is superior to simple oral Tianwangbuxin decoction.
