异痛消治疗子宫内膜异位性不孕的临床研究

目的探讨异痛消治疗子宫内膜异位性不孕的疗效。方法将175例子宫内膜异位性不孕的患者随机分为三组,分别应用异痛消(62例)、散结镇痛胶囊(58例)和达那唑(55例)进行治疗。治疗时间6月,随访2年进行疗效比较。结果 3组妊娠率分别为:异痛消组62.90%、散结镇痛胶囊组25.86%、达那唑组23.64%,异痛消组较散结镇痛胶囊组及达那唑组妊娠率高(P<0.05);3组流产率分别为:异痛消组7.69%、散结镇痛胶囊组20.00%、达那唑组30.77%,异痛消组较散结镇痛胶囊组及达那唑组流产率低(P<0.05)。结论异痛消治疗子宫内膜异位性不孕的疗效优于散结镇痛胶囊与达那唑,异痛消能明显提高子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者的妊娠率,明显降低流产率。

Clinical Observation of Endometriosis with Infertility Treated by Yitongxiao Capsules

Objective To study the effect of Yitongxiao Capsule in infertility with endometriosis. Methods 175 cases of infertility women with endometriosis were divided into 3 groups randomly, and they were treated for 6 months with Yitongxiao Capsule （62 cases）, Sanjiezhentong Capsule（58 cases） and Danazol（55 cases） respectively. All patients were followedup for two years to evaluate the effect. Results he patients were treated by Yitongxiao Capsule, Sanjiezhentong Capsule and Danazol got a pregnancy rate of 62.90% ,25.86% and 23.64% respectively. The pregnancy rate of Yitongxiao Capsule group was higher than Sanjiezhentong Capsule and Danazol groups （ P 〈0.05）. The abortion rate of the there groups was 7. 69% ,20.00% and 30. 77% respectively, the abortion rate of Yitongxiao group was lower than the latter two groups （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of Yitongxiao Capsule in infertility with endometriosis was superior to Sanjiezhentong Capsule and Danazol＇s. Furthermore, the medication of Yitongxiao Capsule was able to enhance the pregnancy rate and reduce the abortion rate notably.
