| 摘 要： | 目的探讨路径化健康教育对支气管哮喘患者生活质量的影响。方法采用分层随机抽样法将106例哮喘患者分为路径组和对照组,每组各53例,路径组患者给予临床路径化健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育。比较两组患者实施健康教育前后生活质量变化情况。结果健康教育前两组患者生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);健康教育后两组患者生活质量均明显优于健康教育前(均P<0.05);健康教育后两组患者生活质量比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),路径组患者生活质量优于对照组。结论路径化健康教育可以明显改善支气管哮喘患者生活质量,提高护士的综合素质,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of pathway health education on quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Stratified sampling method was used to randomize 106 bronchial asthma patients into the pathway group and the control group：the former receiving pathway health education and the latter routine health education.The two groups were compared regarding the quality of life before and after health educations.Results There were not significant differences between the groups before health education（P 0.05）.There were significant differences in quality of life between pre-and post-education in each group（P 0.05）.There were significant differences in quality of life between the groups after health education（P 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical pathway health education may improve quality of life of bronchial asthma patients and enhance the improvement of clinical nurse＇s diathesis. |
