| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症在位内膜肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、其受体(c-Met)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达与发病机理的关系。方法:采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测45例盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者(内异症组)及30例非子宫内膜异位症妇女(对照组)在位内膜HGF、c-Met与MMP-2的免疫表达水平。结果:内异症组HGF、c-Met与MMP-2表达水平均高于对照组,且差异有显著性(P均<0.01),且两两之间均呈正相关性(P均<0.01)。结论:在位内膜HGF、c-Met、MMP-2的高表达可能与子宫内膜异位症的发病相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and its receptor(c-Met) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in the eutopic endometrium of endometriosis and the relationship among them in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods: The Streptavidin-Peroxidase(SP)immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HGF,c-Met and MMP-2 in the eutopic endometrium of 45 women with pelvic endometriosis and 30 controls.Results: The expressions of HGF,c-Met and MMP-2 were higher in the eutopic endometrium of patients with pelvic endometriosis than in those in controls with significant differences(all P<(0.01).) Positive correlations were observed among these markers in the endometrium of women with and without endometriosis(all P<0.01).Conclusion: The high expression of HGF,c-Met and MMP-2 in the eutopic endometrium of patients with pelvic endometriosis may be involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. |
