| 摘 要： | 目的观察喜炎平注射液在疱疹性咽峡炎治疗中的应用效果。方法疱疹性咽峡炎患儿76例随机分为两组,其中治疗组39例,患儿在常规治疗基础上应用喜炎平注射液抗病毒;对照组37例应用利巴韦林抗病毒,比较其临床症状、体征消失时间及住院时间。结果治疗组中患儿在加速症状、体征消失及缩短住院天数上明显优于对照组,差异明显(P<0·05)。结论喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎在症状、体征改善及缩短住院天数上疗效显著,且无不良反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiyanping injection on herpes angina Methods 76 cases of herpes angina were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group Together with basic theraphy the treatment group were given Xiyanping injection to anti virus,and the control group were given Ribavirin.The elimination of signs and symptoms of the diseases and the period of staying hospital of the two groups were compared Results Compaired with the control group,the treatment group reavealed shortened period of staying hospital and had better effects on the elimination of signs and symptoms of herpesangina The significant difference was remarkable（P0.05） Conclusion The therapy of Xiyanping injection on herpesangina can get better therapeutic effect and shorted period of treatment with less adverse reaction. |
