| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化与缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法选择我院住院缺血性脑血管病患者96例,常规行颈动脉超声检查,测定血管后壁内膜中层厚度和斑块厚度,记录斑块数目,半定量估计斑块的严重程度。结果缺血性脑血管病组与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与缺血性脑血管的发病密切相关,也是缺血性脑血管病的危险因素。
