| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌的CT诊断和术前分期评价.方法 回顾性分析32例经手术及病理确诊的胃癌患者CT资料,并进行术前TNM分期,与手术及病理结果对照,总结胃癌的术前CT诊断和分期价值.结果 本组32例螺旋CT扫描病灶的检出率100%,CT的T分期准确率81.2%,N分期的准确率为71.8%,TNM分期的综合准确率为78.1%.结论 螺旋CT扫描对于胃癌的病灶发现和肿块侵润范围、胃周受侵程度、淋巴结肿大程度、术前分期的评估等具有较高的临床价值.
