| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黄体酮胶丸用于治疗黄体功能不全先兆流产的效果。方法将先兆流产患者随机分为口服组(口服黄体酮胶丸)和肌内注射组(肌内注射黄体酮)治疗各40例,对比观察其临床症状、体征、血清孕酮(P)水平及治愈率。结果两组间临床症状、体征、P水平及治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服黄体酮胶丸与肌内注射黄体酮保胎治疗先兆流产均有良好效果,但口服治疗更方便易行,因此,黄体酮胶丸用于治疗黄体功能不全所致的先兆流产效果安全、可靠,值得临床推广应用。
