| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病的临床表现及其糖尿病控制对结核病治疗的影响。方法回顾分析我所2005年1月至2010年11月治疗的肺结核合并糖尿病患者47例患者的临床资料。结果肺结核合并糖尿病以2型糖尿病为主,肺结核X线表现以大片渗出、干酪病变为主,痰菌阳性率高,合并症多为其临床特点。经过及时诊断治疗47患者都取得了良好疗效。结论对肺结核合并糖尿病患者尽早诊断并及时正规的治疗,血糖的有效控制能加强抗痨药疗效,而抗结核的有效治疗也能使血糖得到控制,糖尿病得到症状改善。 |
