子宫颈环形电切除治疗宫颈疾病215例体会

目的探讨宫颈环型电切除术（LEEP）治疗宫颈病变的手术指征、并发症及预防措施。方法对2007年9月-2008年11月间不同类型宫颈疾病的患者215例采用LEEP刀手术治疗,标本均送理学检查。回顾性分析手术效果和并发症。结果 LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病成功率为95.34%（205/215）,手术时间5～25min,平均8min,出血量5～20ml,术后无感染发生。结论 LEEP手术是一种安全、有效、快速、微创的治疗宫颈病变的方法。具有手术时间短,出血少,术后恢复好,简单易行等优点。切除组织完全可用于病理学检查。

Clinical Analysis of 215 Patients with Cervical Diseases Treated by LEEP

Objective To investigate the indication of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） for treating cervical diseases,and discuss the postoperative complications and corresponding precaution.Methods 215 cases with different types of cervical diseases,who visited our hospital from Sept.2007 to Nov.2008,were treated by using LEEP.Surgical specimens were sent for pathological examination.The operative results and postoperative complications were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.Results The cure rate of LEEP was 95.34%（205/215）.The operation time was 5-25 min,average of 8 min,the volume of bleeding was 5-20 ml.No secondary bleeding and post-operative infection occurred.Conclusion LEEP was an ideal modus operandi for treating cervical diseases.The advantages included its easy to manipulate,safety,short operating time,less bleeding,quick recovery,and et al.The excisional tissues were suitable for pathological examination.
