摘    要:
为探讨粉防己碱(Tet)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响,将16只杂种犬制作动物模型随机分为用药组和对照组,观察两组白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、血小板激活因子(PAF)、心肌内髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性、心肌梗死范围(MIS)等指标。结果表明:用药组MIS较对照组明显缩小,同时IL-1、TNF、PAF、MPO等炎性指标也较对照组明显为低,IL-1、TNF、PAF与MIS存在明显复相关关系,心肌MPO与MIS呈密切正相关。提示Tet具有抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤作用,其机理可能与其抗炎作用有关。

Abstract:
To investigate the influence of Tetrandrine (Tet) in treating myocardial ischemia reperfusion injnry, 16 dogs models were divided randomly into Tet group and control group. The changes of interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), platelet activating factor (PAF),endocardiac myeloperoxidase (MPO) and myocardial infarction size (MlS) were observed in the 2groups. The results showed:MIS in Tet group was obviously small than that in control group,likewise IL-1,TNF,PAF and MPO in Tet group were obviously lower than that in control group. MIS or MPO was found to have a close coefficient of multiple correlation with the three inflammatony factors (IL-1,TNF,PAF),and between MPO and MIS there was a close positive correlation. The results indicated that Tet played an important role in protecting reperfusion of ischemic myocardium,this mechanism might relate to anti-inflammatory function of Tet.
