半导体激光体外照射大鼠睾丸间质细胞作用的初步观察

摘    要:目的探讨低强度半导体激光照射对睾丸间质细胞分泌睾酮的作用。方法原代培养大鼠睾丸间质细胞,用放射免疫方法测定睾丸间质细胞的睾酮分泌量,用MTT法测定细胞增殖率。比较激光照射组与对照组之间睾丸分泌量与细胞增值率的差异。结果激光照射第5天后,睾丸间质细胞增殖活性明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。激光照射后第1天睾酮分泌量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),第2天就恢复到接近对照组水平,第3天略低于对照组的睾酮分泌量。结论低强度半导体激光可促进睾丸间质细胞增殖,使睾酮分泌量短暂升高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of low-power semiconductor laser on the secretion of testosterone in cultured Leydig cell. Methods Using primary cell culture, the Leydig cells of the rat testicle were cultured. The quantity of testosterone in culture media secreted by Leydig cells in control and the groups after semiconductor laser irradiation were measured by using radioimmunoassay (RIA) , and the ratio of cell proliferation was determined by the MTT assay simultaneously. Results The proliferating activation of Leydig cells at five days after semiconductor laser irradiation was higher in evidence than that of control group (P < 0. 05). The secretion quantity of testosterone increased remarkably as compared to that of the control (P < 0. 05) in the first day after laser irradiation, and it came back as near level as the control in the second day, and then it lowered slightly than the control in the third day (P>0. 05). Conclusions The low-power semiconductor laser may promote proliferation of the Leydig cells, and increase transitorily the secretion quantity of testosterone.
