| 摘 要： | 目的建立祛湿颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层鉴别法,对祛湿颗粒进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定其有效成分的含量。结果薄层鉴别法可鉴别出苍术、山楂、茵陈的对应斑点;高效液相色谱法可测定出厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量。结论方法简单、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可有效地控制祛湿颗粒的质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the standard for quality control of Qushi Granule.Methods Qushi Granule was identified by TLC and the effective components of Qushi Granule were determined by HPLC.Results The relevant sports in Rhizoma Atractylodis,Fructus Crataegi and Herba Artemisiae Scopariae were identified by TLC.The contents of magnolol and honokinl could be determined by HPLC.Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive, accurate and reproducible and it could control the quality of Qushi Granule effectively. |
