摘    要:目的 测定21个厂家生产的盐酸普萘洛尔片在不同溶出介质中的溶出度,通过溶出曲线来评价药品内在质量.方法 在4种溶出介质中,采用桨法进行溶出度试验,使用不同介质中的溶出曲线对结果进行分析和比较.结果 与结论各厂家产品溶出行为差别较大,产品质量存在差异.

Abstract:Objective To detect the dissolution of propranolol hydrochloride tablets from different pharmaceutical factories in 4 different mediums and evaluate the quality by dissolution curves. Methods The dissolution test was carried out with paddle- rotating method. To analyse and compare the results by the dissolution curves in different mediums. Results and Conclusion There was significant dif- ference in dissolution parameters and the quality among the propranolol hydrochloride tablets preparations from different manufactories.
