康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面112例

目的 观察康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面的临床疗效.方法 选择2008年6月至2011年6月医院收治的肛瘘患者212例,均采用挂线术治疗,随机分成两组.对照组100例术后以凡士林纱条填塞创面,治疗组112例术后以康复新液纱条填塞创面,均每天换药1次,直至创面愈合.结果 对照组总有效率为82.00%,治疗组总有效率为95.54%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间及住院时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面疗效显著,创面愈合快,患者住院时间短,值得临床推广.

Efficacy Observation of Kangfuxin Liquid in Treatment of 112 Cases of Postoperative Wound Surface in Anal Fistula

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of postoperative wound surface in anal fistu- la. Methods 212 cases of anal fistula in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2011 were treated by the thread-drawing technique and randomly divided into two groups. The control group（100 cases） used the vaseline gauze to cram the wound surface,once dressing change daily,the treatment group（ll2 cases） adopted Kangfuxin gauze to cam the wound surface,once dressing change daily until heal- ing. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 82% in the control group and 95.5% in the treatment group with statistical difference between them （P〈0. 05）.The wound healing time and hospital stay in the treatment group were siguificantly lower than those in the control group, showing statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treating postoperative wound surface of anal fistula is significant with rapid healing and shorter hospital stay and worthy of being clinically promoted.
