79例骨肽注射液不良反应文献分析

目的 了解骨肽注射液不良反应发生的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 对1994年至2010年国内医药学期刊报道的有关骨肽注射液致不良反应文献进行汇总分析.结果 共检索到79例不良反应,以老年患者居多,男性略多于女性,多在用药半小时内发生.不良反应累及多个系统器官,临床主要表现为变态反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克.结论 临床医师与药师应了解骨肽注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用监测,以减少不良反应的发生.

Literature Analysis of 79 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports of Gutai Injection

Objective To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by Gutai Injection so as to provide references for clinical rational use of drug. Methods The literature for ADR of Gutai Injection reported in the domestic medical journals during 1994- 2010 were collected and analyzed. Results Seventy-nine cases of ADR induced by Gutai Injection were collected. ADR of Gutai Injection were mainly occurred in elderly patients, male patients were slightly more than female pa- tients. The onset of ADR was usually within 30 min after injection. ADR could involve in multiple organs and systems, and the clinical manifestations were mainly allergic reaction. Severe allergic reaction could result in anaphylactic shock. Conclusion Doctors and phar-macists should know the pattern and characteristics of ADR, and the use of Gutai Injection should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADR.
