多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝80例

目的 观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效.方法 选取2009年12月至2011年1月确诊为非酒精性脂肪肝的患者80例,使用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,每次口服2粒(456 mg),每日3次,治疗3个月后改为每次口服1粒(228 mg),持续治疗12个月.观察治疗前后肝功能指标及肝脏B超影像图的变化.结果 使用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗12个月后,患者肝功能指标与治疗前比较均显著下降(P<0.05),肝脏B超影像图与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05).治疗总有效率为88.75%,且在治疗过程中未发现明显不良反应.结论 多烯磷脂酰胆碱能显著降低患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬酸氨基转移酶水平,减轻肝脏脂肪沉积.而且无明显副作用,可在临床推广.

Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline for Treating Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver in 80 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of polyene phosphatidyl choline in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver （NAFL）. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as NAFL in our hospital from December 2009 to January 2011 were treated with the polyene phosphatidyl choline, 456 mg each time, 3 times daily, after 3 months, 228 mg each time, persistence treatment for 12 months. The changes of liver function and of B- ultrasonic image of liver before and after treatment were observed. Results The levels of liver function after 12-month treatment were significantly reduced compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The liver B- ultrasonic im- ages after treatment were significantly different from before treatment（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 88.7%. No obvious ad- verse reactions were found during treatment process. Conclusion Polyene phosphatidyl choline can significantly improve the serum bio- chemical indicators of TC, TG, ALT, AST and reduce liver fat deposition without significant adverse reactions, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
