检验标本不合格原因的分析及预防措施

目的分析我院检验科标本不合格的原因,查找处理对策。方法对检验科标本不合格原因、不合格项目及科室不合格送检率进行分析。结果我院检验送检标本不合格率为0.78%,其中不合格原因以标本凝块、痰液标本为唾液、标本量少、无标本、乳糜血、条码错误、项目与标本类型不符等原因居多;不合格项目以血常规标本最高,其次是微生物;不合格标本送检率较高的科室是内科、重症监护病房、儿科。结论针对不合格标本原因,应该采取有效措施,减低或减少不合格标本的发生,确保检验结果的质量,为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。

Unqualified test specimen cause analysis and countermeasures

Objective To analysis unqualified causes of our test specimen and seek treatment countermeasures. Methods The data of test specimen unqualified causes, unqualified project and conformation of unqualified inspection rat were analyzed. Results Our inspection inspection specimens, including 0.78% fraction defective was unqualified causes with chylothorax haemolysis, barcode erroe, sputum specimens for saliva, samples quantity was little, no speci-mens, and clotting, project and specimens types inconsistent reason such as the majority. Unqualified project with routine blood specimen was the highes, microbe. Unqualified specimen inspection higher rate of department was internal medicin , ICU, paediatrics. Conclusion For substandard specimen reasons, it should be to take effective measures, reduce or reduce the occurrence of unqualified specimens, to ensure that the quality of the test results, for clinical diagnosis and provide reliable reference.
