早产儿的发育商

目的:探讨早产儿智力发育的特点,为儿童保健工作提供依据。方法:将2005年6月~2006年6月在我院儿科保健门诊就诊的3~12月龄婴儿43例分早产儿组、足月儿组,比较两组的发育商(DQ);再把早产儿按是否伴有高危因素(如窒息、高胆红素血症、低血糖等)分为高危组与对照组,比较高危组与对照组的DQ。结果:早产儿的发育商及其中的精细运动、社交行为能力评分低于足月儿组,经统计学分析有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);高危组的大运动能力评分低于对照组,经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:早产儿的智力发育水平较足月儿低,其中以精细运动、社交行为能力为显著;高危因素影响早产儿的大运动能力。

Study on the developmental quotient Of premature infants

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of intellectual development in premature infants, to provide evidence for the work of children care.Methods:43 infants,3~12month-old, seeing a doctor in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2006, were divided into premature infant group and term infant group. The developmental quotients (DQs) were compared with that of infants in term infant group; The premature infants were divided into the high-risk group and the control group by involved high-risk factors(such as Asphyxia, Hyperbilirubinemia, Hypoglycemia…etc.) or not. The DQs of infants in the group of the premature infants with high-risk factors were compared with that of premature infants in the control group.Results:The DQs had a significant difference between the premature infants group and the term infant, specially in the tinemotion field and the social intercourse behavior field(P<0. 01).The -great field had a significant difference between the high-risk group of premature infants and the control group of premature infants(P<0. 05).Conclusion:The intellectual development of premature infants are obviously lower than that of term infants, specially in the free motor field, the social intercourse behavior field; The high-risk factors affect the gross motor field of premature infants.
