摘    要:在“心脏作功是心室舒张末期容积(EDV)的函数(Frank—Starling心脏定律)”理论中,没有包含心室收缩末期容积(ESV)这一和EDV有着同样重要意义的生理学参数。没有ESV,即只注重心脏收缩开始时心室肌壁移动的起点而不考虑其后的收缩变化,按照所述的此种心脏作功原理,每搏量(V,即EDV减去ESV)将不能确定,心脏每搏收缩作功(W)不能计算。在这种情况下,W和EDV之间不可能有函数关系——Frank-Starling心脏定律表达的不是心脏搏动作功的客观规律,它不是定律。

Abstract:That the cardiac work is a function of the end-diastolic volume (EDV), the Frank-Starling law of the heart (FSLH), does not contain parameter of the end-systolic volume (ESV), which has the same physiological significance as the EDV. No parameter of the ESV in the FSLH, focusing on the EDV (the starting point of the ventricular wall movement during the contraction) without taking into account the subsequent its changes in the contraction, by which we would be uncertain about the stroke volume (V, viz. the EDV minus the ESV), nor be able to calculate the stroke work (W). In this case, according to the principles of doing work mentioned by the FSLH, there is no functional relation between the W and EDV. The FSLH failed to express the heart working as an objective law. Therefore, the FSLH is not a law.
