PICC导管尖端位置与其并发症关系的探讨

目的:探讨PICC导管尖端位置与其并发症发生的关系。方法:对我院208例进行PICC置管患者的资料进行回顾性分析,观察导管尖端所处位置与其并发症的关系。结果:208例患者中发生并发症48例,其中静脉炎24例,导管堵塞15例,血栓形成5例,心悸不适4例。导管尖端位于锁骨下静脉或腋静脉时,发生静脉炎13例,占6.25%;导管堵塞9例,占4.33%;血栓形成3例,占1.44%。结论:导管尖端位置位于锁骨下静脉或腋静脉时,其静脉炎、导管堵塞、血栓形成的发生率明显增高。PICC导管尖端置于最适深度,可明显减少并发症的发生。

Probe into the tip of PICC position and its relation complications.

Objective：To discuss the relationship of the tip of P1CC position and its relation complications. Methods：208 patients with the PICC data were retrospectively analyzed,the tip of an observed the position and complications of the relationship. Results：208 patients complication occurred in 48 cases, phlebitis 24 cases,catheter jam in 15 cases, thrombosis in 5 patients, and heart palpitations discomfort 4 cases. The catheter tip was located in the subclavian or axillary vein, vein inflammation in 13 cases, accounting for 6.25 % ;catheter obstruction in 9 cases,accounting for 4.33% ;thrombosis in 3 cases, account- ing for 1.44%. Conclusion ： The tip of an position is located in the subclavian veins or axillary vein its phlebitis, tube jam, the incidence of thrombosis was higher, PICC and the optimal catheter buy tips in depth, can obviously reduce complications.
