护理改善专案在降低肠内营养患者腹泻发生率中的应用

目的 通过护理改善专案降低肠内营养患者腹泻发生率。方法 成立护理专案小组,现况调查分析2017年3-5月我科行肠内营养患者腹泻发生率为42.86%,通过对肠内营养患者发生腹泻的原因进行详细分析,设定目标值,拟定对策并加以实施。结果 开展护理专案改善后,肠内营养患者腹泻发生率降至28.57%,达到目标水平。结论 开展专案活动能有效降低肠内营养患者腹泻发生率,提高住院患者舒适度及满意度。

Application of nursing improvement project in reducing the incidence of diarrhea of enteral nutrition patients

Objective To reduce the incidence of diarrhea of enteral nutrition patients by the nursing improving project.Methods A special team of the nursing improving project was set up to investigate the incidence of diarrhea of enteral nutrition patients treated in our hospital between March and May 2017. The incidence was found to be 42.86%. Then the reason was analyzed, and counter measures were made and implemented.Results The incidence was lowered to 28.57%, which had met the preset target.Conclusion The project can effectively lower the incidence of diarrhea of enteral nutrition patients, and improve the comfort and satisfaction of the hospitalized patients.
