计算机辅助认知康复对阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨计算机辅助认知康复(computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation, CACR)技术联合传统康复护理对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD)患者生活质量影响。 方法 选取我科2017年2-10月收治的AD患者53例,将其随机分为实验组27例和对照组26例。对照组采用传统康复护理模式,实验组在此基础上使用计算机辅助认知康复训练。经过3个月的康复训练后,比较2组简明智能精神状态量表(mini-mental state examinatio,MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(activities of daily living,ADL)、世界卫生组织生存质量简表(world health organization quality of life brief scale,WHOQOL-BREF)各项评分指标的变化。 结果 经过3个月的康复训练,实验组MMSE、WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分低于对照组(t=-4.060,P<0.001)。 结论 CACR训练能改善AD患者认知及日常生活能力,提高其生活质量。

Effects of the computer-aided cognitive training on the life quality of patients with Alzheimer's Disease

Objective To explore the effect of the computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation (CACR) combined with the traditional rehabilitation nursing on the life quality of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods Fifty-three AD patients treated in our department between February and October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group of 27 and a control group of 26. Both groups were given the traditional rehabilitation nursing, while the experimental group was additionally provided with CACR for 3 months. Then both groups were evaluated using the mini-mental state examination (MMSE),the activities of daily living (ADL) and the world health organization quality of life brief scale (WHOQOL-BREF). Results After 3 months' rehabilitation training, the MMSE and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The ADL score of the former was lower than the latter. Conclusion Through CACR training,the life quality and cognition of AD patients have been improved.
