基于微信平台的延续护理对脑卒中患者影响的Meta分析

目的 综合评价我国基于微信平台的延续护理对脑卒中患者的应用效果。 方法 应用计算机检索万方数据库、知网、维普、中国生物医学数据库中的基于微信平台的延续护理对脑卒中患者影响的相关文献,应用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。 结果 Meta分析结果表明,基于微信平台的延续护理可以提高脑卒中患者的日常活动能力和定期复查、规律用药、控制烟酒、康复锻炼等4方面的依从性,并提高了患者对护理人员的满意度;但在提高合理饮食依从性方面效果不显著。 结论 微信平台是脑卒中患者出院后和护理人员沟通交流的桥梁,对脑卒中患者出院后的康复指导有积极作用。

The effect of applying continuous nursing in patients with cerebral apoplexy based on WeChat platform: a meta-analysis

Objective To evaluate the effect of applying the continuous nursing based on the WeChat platform in patients with cerebral apoplexy in China. Methods The literature on the effect of applying the continuous nursing based on the WeChat platform in patients with cerebral apoplexy in China was searched in the Wan Fang database, China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), VIP and biomedicine database, and then analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 software. Results Meta-analysis Results show that the continuation of care based on WeChat platform can improve the daily activity ability of stroke survivors, as well as their compliance on regular review, regular medication, alcohol and tobacco control and rehabilitation exercise, and their satisfaction with the nursing staff. However, the effect was not so significant in improving the compliance of the reasonable diet. Conclusions The WeChat platform is a bridge of communication between discharged patients and nurses. It has positive effect on the rehabilitation of stroke patients after discharge.
