全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果

目的：探讨全程健康教育模式（Holistic health education mode，HHEM）在糖尿病（Diabetes，DM）护理管理中的应用效果。方法将158例在该院长期治疗的DM患者按照数字表法随机分为两组，对照组79例患者给予传统的健康教育模式；观察组79例在对照组的基础上实施HHEM，比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组患者血糖控制率和糖尿病相关知识掌握率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组患者满意度和自我管理率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论采用全程健康教育模式在DM的治疗管理中，能够有效的改善护理质量，提高患者的满意度，值得在临床上大力推广与应用。

The Application Effect of Whole Course Health Education Model in the Management of Diabetes Nursing

Objective To explore the application effect of Holistic mode(HHEM)in the management of diabetes mellitus(Di-abetes,DM)in the whole course health education model (Health Education).Methods 158 cases in the hospital long-term treat-ment of DM patients according to the digital table method were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 79 patients who received traditional health education;observation group (79 cases)in the control group based on the implementation of HHEM.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,levels of blood glucose control and diabetes related knowledge rate were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),the rate of patients' satisfaction and self management observation were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course health education model can effectively improve the quality of nursing and improve the patient's satisfaction,and it is worth to be popular-ized and applied in clinical practice in the treatment of DM.
