中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎58例

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法将114例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组58例,对照组56例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星胶囊口服,每次0.2 g,每日2次,连续服用2周。治疗组在对照组的基础上给予消炎利胆方剂中药治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组的治愈率为51.7%,对照组的治愈率为33.9%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的药物不良反应的发生率为12.1%,对照组的药物不良反应发生率为16.1%,治疗组的不良反应较对照组少,但两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能提高慢性胆囊炎治愈率,值得临床推广。

The efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of fifty eight cases of chronic cholecystitis

Objective The objective of this article is to study the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods Fifty eighty patients with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups ： 58 cases in trial group and 56 cases in control group. Patients in control group were taken with 0. 2 gram levofloxacin capsule orally twice a day for two weeks. Patients in trial group were given with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of same treatment as control group. The effectiveness of patients in these two groups had been observed. Results The cure rate of trial group was 51.7 % and the cure rate in control group was 33.9% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Therefore, the cure rate of trial group was much better than that of control group. The rate of adverse reactions in trial group was 12.1%, and the rate of adverse reactions in control group was 16.1%. So the rate of adverse drug reactions in trial group was fewer than that of control group（ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The cure rate of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of chronic cholecystitis is higher than that of routine treatment, thus it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
