产后抑郁相关影响因素调查及社区医疗对策

目的探讨社区产妇产后抑郁症患者的相关影响因素及对策。方法使用爱登堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对2008~2010年69例社区产后抑郁症患者资料进行总结与分析。结果社区中产妇产后抑郁的发生率为17.7%,产后抑郁的发生与产妇文化程度以及分娩方式等有关(P<0.01);与产妇年龄、婴儿性别无关。结论产妇回到家庭后发生产后抑郁的影响因素较多,社区医务人员需注意观察产妇的心理变化,早期发现和及时治疗产后抑郁症。

Investigation of postpartum depression and its related factors in community

Objective To evaluate the related factors of postpartum depression in community and the countermeasures. Methods Sixty - nine cases of postpartum depression in community were summarized and analyzed by utilizing Edinburhg Postnatal Depression Scale （EPDS）. Resuits The incidence of postpartum depression was associated with maternal education level and the mode of delivery （ P 〈 0.01 ）. It was not associated with maternal age and infant＇s gender. Conclusion Because the factors of postpartum depression were various, we should observe the mother psychological changes carefully and treatment the postpartum depression in the early stage.
