《太平圣惠方》儿科学思想探要

为探寻北宋以前中医儿科学发展概况 ,深入挖掘早期儿科学的理论脉络及临床诊疗经验 ,文章从文献角度就书中所收载的有关小儿养护思想、危急重症的预防措施等内容从 7个方面进行了探讨。对书中由于历史原因存在的某些不足 ,笔者也提出了相关见解 ,为指导现今儿科临床提供帮助。

Probing into the Pediatrics Ideology in Taiping Shenghui Prescription

In order to explore the general development of Chinese Traditional Medicine pediatrics before North Song Dynasty,and to penetrate into the theoretic skeleton of early pediatrics and clinic treatment experience,the author discusses the maintaining of infants,the preventing measure of serious illness and so on,which are recorded in the book from seven respects.Besides,the author also puts forward some views on the defects of the book,which are due to historical reasons,so as to offer assistance to the guidance on current pediatrics clinics.
