经导管心房除颤在射频消融术中的应用

报道 9例心房颤动 (简称房颤 )患者在射频消融术中用经导管心房同步电除颤的结果。其中有房颤发作史者 5例 ,余 4例为心内电生理检查时诱发。房颤发作时采用普通电生理导管及消融导管在冠状窦与右心耳间放电。9例成功转复为窦性心律 ,平均放电 2 .2次 ,复律成功所需功率为 8.5 6± 4.95J。除 1例需 2 0J转复为窦性心律患者感轻度胸痛外 ,其余仅有心脏轻度震动感。所有患者均未用镇静剂 ,无并发症发生。

Applicationof Transcatheter Synchronous Defibrillation of Atrial Fibrillation During RadiofrequencyCatheter Ablation

The results of transcatheter atrial synchronous defibrillation to terminate 9 patients with peroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF) during radiofrequency catheter ablation were reported.Among 9 patients, there were 5 patients with the history of AF, and 4 patients were induced in the process of intracardiac electrophysiological examination.When AF occurs,one common electrophysiological catheter and one ablation catheter with a 4 mm tip electrode were used to discharge between coronary sinus and right auricle.9 patients AF was returned to sinus rhythm by transcatheter atrial synchronous defibrillation.The average number of discharge was 2.2,and the mean power necessary for successful defibrillation was 8.56 J.Except one patient (20 J used) had slight chest pain,all the others only had the sense of slight heart shivering.For all patients,no tranquilizer was used, and no complication occurred.
