| 摘 要： | 分析64例早期食管癌放射治疗的结果, 5、10、15年生存率分别为71.9%(6/64)、46.9%(30/64)、31.3%(20/64)。 局部复发和远处转移是患者死亡的主要原因。 设野应循常规, 前胸野6cm×15cm, 背部两斜野5cm×15cm, 放射剂量以50～60Gy/5～6周为宜。 从疗效和生存质量角度分析, 放射治疗不失为早期食管癌较佳的治疗手段。 |

| Abstract: | Effect analysis of radiotherapy in 64 case of early stage esophageal carcinoma.The survival rate of 5, 10 and 15 years were respectively: 71. 9% (46/64 ), 46. 9 %(30/64) and 31. 3 % (20/64). Local recurrence and distance metastasis were the majorcause of death. Rountine fraction radiotherapy with three fields was a better way forearly stage esophageal carcinome. Optimal radiation dose was 50 - 60Gy /5 - 6w.Analisising effect and long - term survival quality of those patients, we believe that radiotherapy is one of the effective ways of treating early stage esophageal carcinorna. |
