The Current Problems of External Treatment in TCM and the Corresponding Countermeasures

External treatment is one of the effective Medication in TCM.The current problems are as follows:1.Clinical experience was emphasized and theoretical study was neglected.2.Observation on big sample cases lacked and cooperated standard clinical research was deficient.3 Repeating of low level research was excessive and breakthrough of high level technology was deficient.4.The development of products of health protection was out of use and the advertisement on their effect was exaggerative.The corresponding countermeasures are as follows:1.Theoretical study should be deeped.2.Clinical study should be standard.3.Type of dosage form should be innovated.4.High level technology should be exerted.5.Advertisement market should be supervised and managed.
